On Saturday Jade turned 8 months. Where did the time go?
The last couple of weeks have been exciting ones in the life of an 8 month old. After watching all of the other babies at mother’s group start crawling, Jade finally decided it was time to give it a go. So she has been commando crawling diagonally for just over a week now, and all of a sudden a few days ago she sat up from crawling. I am one very proud mummy!

I bet you guys are bursting with pride. Even though we all say we dont care and dont compare we do all secretly fret when our kidlets dont appear to be keeping up with the pack.

"Kidlets" - I've never heard that used before, and I love it! So true what you said... I've been saying we are happy to wait for her to crawl as the thought of having to safe proof the house is daunting... but pretty excited when she started doing it!
